To refresh the thinking about GPS with security professionals, we created a series of papers, cheat sheets and FAQs to reimagine how our technology could keep bank branches safe. I provided content and direction - we used a 3rd party firm for the design.

Second in a series of 3 articles for Marijuana Venture magazine - reimagining cannabis dispensaries as a series of security zones. The article echoes our "5 Zones" corporate strategy (developed by my team) to expand our footprint with existing customers.

Anticipating our coming rebrand, my team knew a key part was developing a new vision. Leveraging newfound enthusiasm for Simon Sinek's Start With Why, we crafted the concept of "Creating a #SaferWorld." Positioning security as a win, as an endeavor worthy of time and effort, helped us move 3SI out of the realm of something our customers begrudgingly do to being something they can tout as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.

Ghostwritten for our CEO, this post took the sometimes dry success numbers we report and dramatized them...one of my favorite posts I've ever written. We also took the opportunity to push back a bit and have our reader evaluate their own security philosophy - and hopefully recognize the societal value of protecting their people and assets.

Following an event win for our SafeResource technology, I repurposed a promotional video to include the award announcement at the end. We had about 2 days and literally no budget to put together both the initial video and this version. We went for simplicity with a splash of drama and got a great response.

As part of our 50th anniversary celebration in 2021, we created a timeline video. With a limited budget, we relied on stock video and images but focused the script and narration on our achievements and, most important, the positive impact our technology has had in helping to create a #SaferWorld.

Trying to gain traction in the cannabis market so I reached out to a recognized industry leader, Sapphire Risk, to partner on a webinar. Prepped speakers (though admittedly not all were as good as I'd hoped), promoted, produced and repurposed on a variety of channels. Over 1,000 views and still climbing...

As Dynapower continued to embrace new positioning in the clean energy market, we used our CEO's holiday message and a simple video I created to announce a new community partnership, reassure nervous team members that our new corporate ownership was a win for us, and remind us all why we are fighting to create a cleaner planet.

Travel
Traveling has always been hugely important to me. I was fortunate to spend a lot of time in Paris when I worked for Nexans and the beauty of that city never ceased to amaze me. I find myself seeking out the lesser known path and love to find beauty in unexpected places, especially in fascinating graffiti like this.
